This is a fit if you're in the postpartum season, whether it's your first baby or your fourth, and you're feeling more like roommates than partners: tired, disconnected, stuck in the same fight on repeat. It's not the right fit if you're dealing with active crisis, unaddressed infidelity, or safety concerns; those need individual clinical care, not a group program. If you're not sure, that's exactly what the free consultation call is for.

Before the group starts, the two of you hop on a private call with me. I ask about where your relationship actually is right now, what's hardest for you both day to day, and what you're each hoping to get out of the program. It's not a therapy session, it's how I get to know you before we start, so the group work fits your real situation from week one.

The Reconnection Method is educational coaching, not clinical treatment. We're working from the same research-backed models I use in therapy, Gottman and EFT, but in a structured 12-week format with a group of couples instead of a private diagnosis-and-treatment relationship. It's built for couples who want real tools and community, not a clinical process. If your relationship needs a higher level of care, individual couples therapy is the better fit, and I'm happy to point you there.
