A 12-week program for couples after baby
The Relationship you Pictured is still Possible.
You had a baby, and somewhere in the night feeds and the logistics, the two of you quietly turned into a very good team of coworkers. The Reconnection Method is how you find your way back to each other, one small shift at a time, without adding one more impossible thing to your list.
Founding cohort opens September 29.
Does this sound like you?
✓ You start each day already feeling behind, overwhelmed by a mental list of tasks and responsibilities.
✓ You run the whole mental list in your head at 2am during a feed, and it feels like you're the only one who even knows the list exists.
✓ You’re constantly juggling responsibilities, but despite your best efforts, something always feels out of balance.
✓ Life feels like a series of motions, but deep down, you crave more meaning and alignment with your true self.
✓ Your intuition often whispers, but it’s drowned out by self-doubt, fear, or the noise of daily life.
✓ You feel stuck, knowing there’s more for you, but unsure of how to tap into it or move forward.
✓ Some nights you lay there wondering if this is just what the postpartum season does to a marriage, or if something is actually wrong.
You deserve support
Roommate season is common, and it's still incredibly lonely to live through. Every couple in it feels like the only ones stuck, replaying the same fight, carrying the load without saying so out loud. There is a way back to each other, grounded in the Gottman Method and EFT, not guesswork. The Reconnection Method gives you the steps in the order they actually work, alongside a small group of couples in the exact same season.
Don’t wait until things, “calm down” to reconnect. The couples who wait tend to drift the furthest, and the distance is harder to close when you finally come up for air. You can start closing it now.
What’s Included
12 weekly live group calls. Every week for 12 weeks you meet with your cohort and me, working one shift at a time. Same small group the whole way through, so you're building this alongside couples who get it.
12 core modules across four phases. Foundation, The Invisible Load, Intimacy and Connection, and Identity and Future. Each one builds on the last, in the order reconnection actually happens.
A 1:1 assessment call to start. Before the group begins, the two of you sit down with me so I understand where your relationship actually is and what you each need most.
A 1:1 follow-up call at the end. We close by looking at how far you've come and mapping what keeps the momentum going after the program ends.
Two solo modules, one for each of you. Partner Prep for the non-birthing partner and a solo reflection for the birthing partner, so you each do a little of your own work and show up more ready for the shared work.
Lifetime Access: You will have lifetime access to all of the modules and coursework.
Founding cohort. Begins Sept 29, 2026.
The Benefits:
You feel like a team again. Not just two people dividing tasks, but two people who are actually on the same side, choosing each other on purpose.
The load gets shared, and the effort gets seen. The invisible work becomes visible to both of you, and you each feel the other one showing up for it.
A hard moment stays a moment. You learn to catch the spiral early and repair fast, so one rough night stops turning into three cold days.
Closeness comes back on your own terms. Intimacy stops feeling like pressure and starts feeling like something you both want again, at a pace that's actually yours.
You stop wondering if you're broken. You understand the story of what happened to you in this season, which means you can stop bracing and start trusting the relationship again.
Reconnection fits into the life you already have. No extra hours you don't have. The work folds into dinner, bedtime, the ordinary moments you're already in together.
You're both in it. This isn't one of you dragging the other along. You each have your own part, and you each show up for it.
You come out of it proud. Proud that you protected this relationship early, on purpose, instead of waiting for it to get bad enough to need saving.
What Others Are Saying
If we haven’t met yet…
I’m Hannah, a licensed therapist with a passion for helping couples find their way back to each other after having kids.
I've spent years in the room with couples working through new parenthood and the postpartum season.
Before any of it was professional, it was personal. My husband and I lived through our own roommate season after our first baby, and the tools that helped us find our way back are the same ones that built this program.
I believe every couple deserves a real path back to each other, not just advice to muscle through it alone. My approach blends clinical training with what I know from living it myself, and I'm here to walk you and your partner through it, together.
Imagine your future self
✓Feeling like a team again, not just co-managers of a household. A real team having real conversations.
✓ The mental load actually shared, not just noticed.
✓ A hard moment that doesn't spiral, and a fast way back to okay.
✓ Reaching for each other again, closeness that comes back at your own pace with no pressure to force it.
✓ Both of you feeling like you’re truly in this together.
✓ Enjoying each other’s company again, and being proud that you did the work earl to protect your marriage.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
This is a fit if you're in the postpartum season, whether its your first baby or your fourth, and you're feeling more like roommates than partners: tired, disconnected, stuck in the same fight on repeat.
It's not the right fit if you're dealing with active crisis, unaddressed infidelity, or safety concerns; those need individual clinical care, not a group program.
If you're not sure, that's exactly what the free consultation call is for.
-
Before the group starts, the two of you hop on a private call with me. I ask about where your relationship actually is right now, what's hardest for you both day to day, and what you're each hoping to get out of the program. It's not a therapy session, it's how I get to know you before we start, so the group work fits your real situation from week one.
-
The Reconnection Method is educational coaching, not clinical treatment. Were working from the same research-backed models I use in therapy, Gottman and EFT, but in a structured 12-week format with a group of couples instead of a private diagnosis-and-treatment relationship. It's built for couples who want real tools and community, not a clinical process. If your relationship needs a higher level of care, individual couples therapy is the better fit, and Im happy to point you there.
-
It doesn’t, and thats actually by design.
The REconnection Method is coaching and education, not clinical therapy, so it isn;t billed through insurance the way a therapy session is. Working as coaching is what lets us meet as a group, focus on skills and prevention instead of diagnosis and treatment, AND welcome couples from anywhere rather than one state.
